Tesco Views
Tesco Views is a customer feedback survey launched by Tesco, one of the leading and largest supermarket chains in the UK. The survey is open to customers from the UK and the USA who are 18 years or older and have a valid purchase receipt from Tesco. The survey is available in English and Spanish language. By participating in the survey, customers stand a chance to win amazing rewards including a £1,000 Tesco gift card along with 25 ClubCard points.
Tesco began as a chain of small convenience stores in 1919 when Jack ‘Slasher’ Cohen bought a shipment of tea from Thomas Edward Stockwell and made new labels using the initials of the supplier’s name (TES) and the first two letters of his surname (CO), forming the word TESCO. Over time, the company has grown rapidly and now has 100’s of stores in various locations in the UK. It is known for its high-quality products and excellent customer service, and has become the biggest and most popular supermarket chains in the country.

The Tesco Views Survey
The Tesco Views Survey allows customers to provide feedback about their experiences or interactions with the company, letting Tesco know what customers think of the products and services they offer, as well as the standards of cleanliness and the overall environment.
To participate in the survey, customers must visit the official survey website www.tescoviews.com, enter the four-digit code on their receipt, click the “next” button and enter the date and time. They then answer all the questions asked regarding the products, services, and experiences at Tesco, giving their views or opinions in form or ratings, after which they are eligible to grab the amazing Tesco Views rewards.

Apart from the survey, Tesco has other ways to engage with customers. It offers 24 hours service, meaning they are always there to listen to customers’ comments, suggestions, complaints and act upon them, as well as help customers with any problems they may have. Customers can also earn points when they shop in-store or online, or when they use their Tesco Bank credit cards. These points can be exchanged for vouchers worth £1.50 for every 150 points.
To add to their customer loyalty scheme, Tesco has recently launched a campaign on TikTok called ‘Tesco Voice of Checkout‘. This is an opportunity for customers to get creative, record videos using the hashtag #TescoVoiceOfCheckout and stand a chance to win a £1000 gift card and 25 club points. Videos uploaded so far have 13.7 million views and 1,000 entries have been created, with the original video hitting 1.2 million views with 170,000 likes and 5,000 comments.
Overall, Tesco is a highly successful supermarket chain that prides itself in providing customers with the best products and services possible. With its Tesco Views survey and other initiatives, it continues to strive towards enhancing customer experience and building customer loyalty.
